Abstract

How many abstracts can I submit?
You can submit up to 4 abstracts on your profile.

When will I know if I get a Travel Award?
Abstract applicants are able to apply for travel awards. The committee will review the accepted abstracts and award the travel support to selected abstracts. You will only know if a travel award has been assigned by mid March 2019.

Is Abstract submission for poster or oral presentation?
Abstracts are submitted for Poster presentation and from the Poster submissions the Committee will select who can also present orally.

Can I submit an Abstract and register later?
You may submit an Abstract and/or apply for a travel award before confirming your Registration.

 

 


Accommodation

General
How do I make an accommodation booking?
I made a booking but I did not receive a confirmation email. Why?

The hotel
I want to book is not displaying once I have searched for my dates. Why?
Are any meals included in the rate? Payment My credit card payment is being declined. Why?
When is full payment for my accommodation booking due?
I made a payment but have not yet received a payment confirmation/invoice. Why?
I have made my deposit payment but now wish to pay the remaining balance by credit card. How can I do so?
Can I pay for my accommodation upon arrival?

Changes
How do I make changes to my booking?
I contacted the hotel to make a change to my reservation but they do not have my booking in their system. What does this mean?


Registration

Can I register for the early career rate (Student registration fee)?
MSc- and PhD Students, and postdoctoral fellows with less than 8 years postdoctoral experience are eligible for the early career registration rate. To confirm your PhD-student status a letter on University letter head from your head of department is required during the registration process, and/or a PDF of your PhD-degree.
